Looking down from my lofty, well ossified, nearly 79 years, I prescribe longer rides. My ideal size was somewhere between a 53 and 54 cm ST, but I accumulated a few rides both above & below that "just right" zone. All the larger, Frenchy Fit rides now feel big until I'm around 2 hours into my ride. Then, magically, everything is good again. So keep those larger frame bikes.

That "Shredder" video was traumatizing. There were fender stays that should have been saved! Don
