The serial number would appear to indicate 1990 as the International did not use cantilever brakes in 1980 but did in 1990. Both the 1990 & 1991 Canadian market versions of the International were spec'd with SunTour XCE but I have the 1990 catalogue and the graphics don't match, so I suspect this is a 1991 model manufactured in late 1990. FYI, according to the product list, the MSRP was $750 CDN and the tubing under that generic decal is Tange 900.
