Well, it's Terra Trikes "recreational level" trike tandem, (70 lbs.) so it's not fast, although it does FLY downhill!
We've put 100 miles on it and so far we are VERY happy with this rig! The gearing is a bit limited as it uses a Efneo 3 speed drive (internal) instead of a "triple chain wheel" and a NuVinci S330 CVT rear hub (internal) instead of a "cassette and rear derailleur" set up. Down the road we will either add, a Rolfoff 14 speed IG hub to replace the NuVinci 330 or just add "E-assist". We are 60+ and could use the "lower" gearing or E-assist for HILLS here in Colorado Springs, CO.
