Beautiful and and classy machine!!

I’m surprised to see cantis on a tourer this early. Really cool.

Why are you rebuilding it from the Eroica build?

Do you mean V Brakes?

Are there any non-fugly V Brakes?

I’ve read that a lot of the lower profile brakes have better braking power than wide or medium profile brakes- I’m running medium profile MC-70s and low profile XC Pro brakes- I think any difference I feel is mostly in the levers.

I’m in the process of rebuilding a bike- doing XT M732 in the front and XTR M900 in the back!
