With all you do during the week a holiday is allowed. Hang in there, you're doing good.
Not a Type 2 or Pre Diabetic yet take 1,700 mg/day Metformin for prostate cancer plus a plant, fish diet but
don't even stray on weekends or special occasions. Kills me when I pass a BBQ place.
