Just finished the rebuild on this 1988 ST400. Had the frame and fork powder coated last fall. Converted to 700c wheels (Magic Open Probrims/Shimano 105 hubs). A mix of decent, though nothing fancy components. The crankset was new, but guessing it must have been an oem part, as I haven’t found it otherwise. It’s SRAM 9 speed 48/34. Less than 700 grams w/o the bb. Rode very smooth. Will rack it up and do at least a weekend tour this summer.
