Without pictures it's a guess. Around here (San Diego), I'd figure $50-80 for the frame + fork, or $100-$150 for the whole bike. (Almost certainly much less than the sum of the parts. Seems like real money is only paid for original bikes, or really high end custom builds. If it's been repainted, and the parts are a jumble, stuff just seems to sit forever, even at very low prices.)
Thanks; too bad that people don't know how well those old steel frames ride. Still, need to thin the herd especially with new, e-bikes starting to multiply.
