IMO the all-around tire and road tire can be the same but you didn't really ask about that.

Anyway, I use the WTB Resolutes for my monster-cross bike. They're a good tire for singletrack and also have low rolling-resistance on the road. My examples measure 43.5mm wide on Kinlin TL-23 rims. They seem to roll faster than the Riddler despite having what appears to be a more aggressive tread.
