Good bike. Don't be too concerned about groupset. Any name-brand bike like Trek, Giant, etc. will all have decent components to shift and do the job, especially when looking at a hybrid bike just to ride around and get some exercise. I have a 2019 Dual Sport 2 (Trek) and it has Tourney and Acera stuff, never had an issue with a shift, never had a chain pop, nothing. Bike is awesome. I think people make a big deal about groupsets but realize it doesn't really matter too much unless you are doing some real mountain biking or trying to race or get into road biking/speed. Honestly, I've owned a full carbon road bike with Ultegra stuff (the 2nd to best groupset out there) and I had more issues with that bike than I do with my $800 dual-sport bike.
