[SOLVED] S-HG500-10 11-34T "not compatible with 3-speed cranks"?

The merchant bike24 (search for Deore Trekking GroupSet T6000) lists the CS-HG500-10 cassette 11-34T as "not compatible with 3-speed cranks". I can't find any mention of this restriction on the Shimano website. (Sorry no links allowed yet.)

The trekking crankset is FC-T6010 (3x10). In the trekking series there is no separate cassette so presumably intended to share with the M6000 series. The trekking series does not have a 2x10 crankset.

The combinations: 11-25T 11-32T 12-28T do not have this restriction. Why would 11-34T be incompatible?

Shimano Europe Bike News had this blurb: "The 10-speed rear derailleur (RD-T610) on the other hand offers a trekking-tuned spring for light and smooth shifting on all sprockets. The SHADOW design echoes other Shimano rear derailleurs with a low profile shape and single tension construction that does not hit the chain stay in rough riding conditions. The rear derailleur can accommodate a total capacity of 45T with the CS-HG500-10 cassette in 11-34T, 11-32T or 12-28T providing the optimum pairing."
