1963. Unfortunately it had been updated with a Nitto stem and handlebar as well as 1980's Weinmann brake components. But I got a great deal on a Titan / Maes-Kint combo after I got the bike and I already had the period-correct Vainqueur 999 brake set loitering in my stash to put on it.. This one was worth the extra effort involved and I'm really happy with how it turned out.
