Thought so! Almost mistook them for the 144's, as I'm used to the thinner arm of the V2 1049 crank (LH is still Nuovo Record) on my '61 Paramount. Still have the original Stronglight cottered steel crankset too - a bucket of rust, but functional.
It's been a long time since I've had the chance to see another 151 in person...almost forgot there were three versions of these.
Wouldn't be surprised if the 22.2 standard was already in place by '63.

Yep, 22.2-ish (flaky caliper) - in retrospect it had to have been since the later Nitto stem fit it. This bike is going with me to the Coppi event in September, though as hilly as that area appears to be I plan to just show it and ride another more suited to both the terrain and my poor climbing abilities.
