It looks like a nice example of a mark II. Depending on your intended use, you could equip it to suit, and ride it, or restore to perfection.

I generally "restomod" bikes if I'm going to ride them. In particular the gears are just too high for me - at least on the hills of Bainbridge island.

that saddle has gotta go ! You can find a nice brooks for a reasonable price. I find the current "pro" uncomfortable, a vintage "Pro" or a current "swift" are both good choices.

Good find and looking forward to seeing how you proceed with the bike. here's a pic my my Mark 1 pro, made the year before. Different bike than yours - a hoot to ride!
