Old Fuji ID







Can anybody identify this model of Fuji? Or better still, what frame material he might be made out of? It looks like, based on the serial number, it may have been built in Japan in 1984. He has downtube shifters and a three-piece crank which tells me it is in the bargain basement model. Asking for a friend that I work with
