I've used
Cumberland Trail Connection several years for various shorter shuttles (not all the way to PGH) on the GAP for larger groups of people. Had one year where we needed 2 vans and one driver didn't show up but the CTC owner was very apologetic and discounted the one van we did get. So, overall I've been very satisfied with them.
