I do indeed mean those lugs - as seen here on a repainted '74 Allegro -





Three years ago I have never even really seen or noticed this lug pattern - but now that I am aware of it, I see it on an interesting mix of bikes. I don't think I've seen it used for Reynolds 531 butted tube frames other than Allegros, but here they are on your Peugeot.
