I have a copy of Cens spreadsheet here. I added some extra gears to the sheet up to 63t for bigger sprinting ratios. There is some highlighting in the sheets that i added for my own use, but that should be easy for you to remove.

Super helpful, thank you. It's pretty funny looking at the numbers, it's abundantly clear that I need to do two simple things: run bigger gearing, and pedal faster. So simple.
