Thanks for all the warm welcomes! I am extremely grateful. The benefits of cycling are both universal and personal. Besides losing 65 lbs. over the last 4 years, cycling provides me with the perfect antidote from the whirlwind of emotions and misguided energy that fills my classes each day! It is also connects me to my students who love to ride as well (though they mostly favor the bikes of the BMX variety)!
