I have lusted after a Strawberry for a number of years. Met Andy at the Handmade show when it was in Portland a number of years ago. He was pushing his tooling.
If that space wasn't between the upper bearing mount and the lug, it's appearance would be a little more palatable! Yeah the mono stay is definitely a differentiator.
