This 70's Jeunet Olympic mixte was posted on craigslist yesterday for $170, today I picked it up.

IMO a hideous build, but very nice parts all around! Nitto racks, Velocity rims on All-City hubs, Soma bar-end levers with Silver calipers.

the racks will go on the Gitane Tour de France I've been working on repainting for more than a year (coats of brush-on enamel with sanding in between, something I will never do again ). Might use the french Atax stem too. Probably rebuild it with 27" wheels and period appropriate brakes, and hold on to the nice parts til an appropriate frame comes around. So a parts bike, a little expensive for a parts bike, but merry Christmas to me
