Retired dentist here and even longer time as a cyclist. Restored a ton of implants in my career, but had a specialist do the surgical part. Team deal.

It's like bikes: you want the Campy or Dura-Ace. For your bike, for your dental implants. Don't go the cheap-o Walmart brand for either. I have had to rescue and redo folks who went to Mexico or some dude who did everything on the cheap. Please, don't do that. Yes, there are generic, Chinese parts. You don't want those. Ask.
