I've even thought about ugly-ing up the bike by sanding off all the paint but ultimately decided that was stupid
Kinda wish all the decals were stickers and not covered by clearcoat so I could peel it off. I used to do this with my bikes back when I was younger. I think the giant 'FUJI' all across it will be more attractive to theives than just some random blue bike. Same things that make them sell in the store make them 'sell' on the street if you know what I mean.
I'm gonna grab the Royale though because even though it's $1000 at retail it's not going to be that much for me buying used - it'd be like losing the Absolute from a financial perspective. It's just the idea of having a 'pricey' bike that gets me.
