The TSI markings on Trek's proprietary investment cast frame fittings were Tim Isaac's initials; he designed those pieces. Those weren't available until considerably later than the OP's frame, say 1984 or so.

And I doubt Tim was directly responsible for brazing that frame. The only brazing I saw him do was for team bikes and prototypes. His position was more administrative, as an engineer and designer.
