That does look odd, but no one here is going to give you a definitive answer. Take it to a GOOD shop that can do some quick measurements and know for sure. It would be very easy to measure trail for example and compare to stock specs. Usually forks are bend backwards from running into something, but as suggested above someone could have been trying to do jumps with it too. Those forks are very stout steel, but I guess enough force could bend anything...
