Weather permitting, I try to get in 40-80 miles per weekend. Most of this is solo, but my biggest joy is a nice, relaxing jaunt with the family. They couldn't today, but promised to come with me tomorrow. I can't wait!!!
On weekdays, if I can squeeze in a ride after work, I do it, but, more often than not, I spin indoors.
Hope everyones noticed that the sun is staying up a bit longer. It adds a little bit more space to ride.
