That's the problem, old MTBs just aren't worth a lot. I like 'em and I buy them and I generally pay right around $125. I also think that the old school MTBs with a rigid fork are more desirable than one with a suspension fork. Parts for those forks may or may not be available. A rigid fork vintage MTB makes a fine all around bike.

I hate to say it but this bike is worth more as a part out than complete. I'd ask $300 since you are not too far from the greater Boston area and maybe someone is hankering for this bike.

92 Stumpjumper? I have one with 2.1 DTH. I really like these tires; currently up to 5 bikes with them on.
