I was living in North Hollywood during the latter 80's and the eye-opening debauchery that was going on at Troubador, Gazzari's, Whiskey, Cat Club, and Roxy's was on a level with Rome during Caesars time. There were long-haired guys hammering metal ***** in dumpsters, in the bathroom at the Rainbow, and alleys.
