When you say "press fit", you are excluding threaded bottom brackets. "Press fit" refers only to how the bottom bracket fits into the frame!

But as far as modern cranksets, yes, they all are oversized to some degree. All (up to 30mm diameter, and with sufficient spindle length) can be used in a traditional threaded bottom bracket, using bb standards such as ITA30 or BSA30, as well as Shimano (24mm) and SRAM/Truvative GXP (24mm/22mm).
