Harold Bielstein is a custom builder out of Rapid City, South Dakota. He hangs out on the frame builder's list on Google Groups. The lugs are from Pacenti back in the era when Kirk used to provide investment cast lugs to custom builders. Just to be clear that is the very upper end of quality.
