The most common rim in ETRTO 355 is the Alex Crostini 1.1. You should be able to find it in the US.

These narrow rims could fit for the Kojak but then you will be limited to the Kojak because most other ETRTO 355 tires are wider.

But the real question is the future of ETRTO 355: this size is almost only used by the Birdy and there are few tires available.

Another solution to have more tires is to switch to ETRTO 349 or if you want a sport Birdy with narrow fast tires to ETRTO 406 like Pacific Cycles did for the latest version of the Birdy R11 which is now factory equipped with ETRTO 406 wheels.
