I would either make two new hooks (in black color
) or try to find something suitable elsewhere...
The other side of the rack ( a Blackburn) had the same screw and a nut on the back. Not sure why the original owner didn’t install the hook while he put the bolt and nut in place. Perhaps lost the hook. A gentleman in this forum has one and is sending it to me. Thank you
