It's been rainy, cloudy & chilly too. Today in Northern Virginia it was actually 1° F colder than Montreal. Well one can take AMTRAK from DC to Cumberland MD (skipping the bumpy muddy C&O). Cumberland has a free parking lot for folks riding the GAP though I don't know what their time limit is.
