How to deal? I dunno... you just have to let it go after a while. I find that the more I ride, the less stuff gets to me. I can sort of ride away from the problems. Posting here about bad stuff that happens on my rides helps. I'm not a morning guy, but riding to work when the sun is just coming up over the city, the sky is pink and gold - the rest of the ride gets sugar-coated. There's enough of those days to make days like today seem less awful.
