Not that that lessens what he did. Child or legal adult doesn’t matter to me. As I opined before, part of his punishment should be at least a temporary banning from that trail, and maybe make him spend his weekends policing it as others ride by and wave to him. Or not wave, but that’s an issue for another thread.
