I have them on 17C rims and they measure out to 32mm at 75psi (32.05-32.1 to be precise). I had them on my 19c rims briefly and they measured a hair over 33mm. Unlike GP4Ks, the 5000s are def more true to size.

I am between 180 and 190 lbs and I run the front at 70psi and rear at 75psi. I'm trying to get it dailed in myself. This felt great on the last ride I did with them. I have done psi calculators and it shows to go even lower, that makes me nervous though hahaha.
I'm about the same weight, usually around 185lbs, I've been working my way down, I've run 60f/65r without issues, but that was also on an easy recovery ride. I've been running about the same around 68-75psi for group rides and harder efforts, just in case there's a hole I don't see in time. Haven't pinch flatted yet, fingers crossed.
