Looking good! The Vero crankset is a modest design--no undue flash which is nice on a non-shouty bike (minus the red, naturally). The 34T should help considerably, putting you at essentially the same ratio (using a 34-25 low) as a 39-28 low (what I normally set my bikes up with), which will climb some un-fun stuff. And failing that, a triple will be easily handled by down tube shifters.
