I do believe that's the case, here.The example shown has the same seat stay caps as this Athlete (with unfortunate stay crimping) and another C&Ver had a pic of the correct graphics for an Athlete frame (but apparently nobody makes re-pops of these decals) The all-red paint seems consistent, too.
