We rode by there about an hour before it happened. Riding back around 12:00-12:30 yellow tape and CHP was still there with the ramp closed. Another rider told me a friend saw the vehicle off the side, and it appeared the driver lost control (presumably after hitting the rider, but I don't know that to be the case), Vehicle windows were broken and all airbags deployed, so the vehicle may have rolled over.
