As a fan of the aesthetics of the old lights, I was happy that Reflectalight provided bulbs that worked in these classy lights. Sorry that they aren't available now.
As an electrical engineer, I've made some LED dynamo lights, and thought about ways to retrofit LEDs into my few older lights. I've got some ideas rattling around the brain, but haven't tried any out.
Has anyone ever torn apart the Reflectalight bulbs and figured out what is inside them?? That info might make it possible to hack together something similar.
