If you have thru axles and you ordered the correct wheels, your current axles should work. I'm assuming by QR you mean your current thru axle has the QR looking lever to lock it, some use just an Allen key. If this is not correct and you actually have a QR wheelset, then you have probably screwed the pooch. Clarify?
