Why polish, add a pump peg and get a Classic HPX-4 already polished (scroll half way down)...
Zefal & Topeak Bicycle Frame Pumps- For Road Bikes -at Yellow Jersey. Or Zfal, if you will.

It's not cost effective. and you may need more than 2 bottles, but if a 4 will fit, they are pretty cool.
