Hey Skip, about 2wks after I made this post I had to fly to Switzerland for work, and I don't want to recount what happened in the weeks and months after return. Pedals were the least of my concerns.

Needless to say, they're still around, they spin very smooth. I really like them, pulled them off one my occasional riders a couple years ago to clean them up, bought some black gun bluing to refinish the side plates, never got to it. Missing one of the dust caps (RIP).

Pedals are great but I've realized I'm low on spindles right now. I could specifically use a few different lengths of 70mm/ITA spindles and it wouldn't hurt to have a couple of random 68mm also. Nothing fancy required, but it would really help if they're triple-capable (120-123mm range)..
