My suggestion would depend on what kind of riding you (want to) do.
Faster? Tires and maybe a tailbox.
Longer? Racks, fenders, etc.
How's the drivetrain? If it's already shifting and running well, you might leave that alone, but if you find you're struggling with hills, you might need some lower gears.
All kinds of things you can blow your money on!
