This is possibly the worst recommendation. Getting hit in the eye with a thumb sized June bug at 25 mph may blind you permanently, and/or cause you to crash into an innocent. Please always wear eye protection, and deal with the sweat another way. I'd rather see cyclists without their helmet, than without their glasses.
