I sincerely wish I could say the same for the rural area I live in. Just last Saturday this sand bar party occurred just 50 miles away, and many people around here are wondering why so many of our small towns have had an unusual number of outbreaks recently. Sheesh!!!



Somehow I can't believe that this water is very clean, either.
