^have really been meaning to do that. hopefully in the next year or so. unlucky on the last visit 1.5 years ago with a decent storm dropping snow below 3k feet.
It's a beautiful ride - pretty much a steady 5% for most of the climb until you get towards the ski resort, then it picks up to about 9-12% and it gets even steeper as you head towards the observatory.
The decent is a freakin' blast though
