I buy bike shorts on Friday, get a foot of snow on Sunday!

Just when I was feeling like an early Spring was around the corner, we get thrown back into winter with brute force! Guess the bike will sit for a little longer.

I have only returned to riding within the past few years, and have been doing it up until now in conventional clothing. But like any sport, the correct clothing can improve your game, so I have been giving thought to spandex. But after looking at them, I just couldn't do it. Maybe if I was 20 years younger, a few inches less around the middle... Finally I found a possible answer - baggies? They look like 'long' shorts on the outside, but have a spandex 'bike shorts' on the inside, complete with a gel pad tush. Made by Canari?

I am looking for physical comfort, but want to stay within my 'comfort zone'. Any thoughts?
