Didn't used to be that way, though obviously letter carriers probably aren't real keen to schlep that box around.
I'm still waiting for some MKS dust caps from Germany. There is a USPS tracking number. USPS still says, "awaiting package." My best guess is US Customs has lowered the priority of stuff coming into the US. Think
