I haven't done PCH in a while. Actually since they put the new path to Carpenteria . I used to see Whales and dolphin quite often. Last year at Eroica California we saw Whale spouts in the distance while riding to the Piedras Blancas light house . I live in Santa Paula so most of my riding now is through the citrus orchards and the smell is amazing , and the occasional crossing of a coyote in front of me. Do you bike throughout Ojai? Before kids, I did Sisar, Gridley, Sulfur Mountain and River Preserve on my MTB. No cycling for me. Though I can imagine that cycling on the 150 and the 33 would be quite cool.
