I'd value a fixed up UO 10 a little higher. Peugeot finally got their act together with the UO 10. The bike has decent alloy wheels with rigida rims, a good cotterless crank, decent derailleurs, and brakes. All in all a pretty good bike. I have a soft spot for these as I did my first tour on one. I'd value it at $150-$200 fixed up assuming the condition is good.
